By all-inclusive, we don’t just mean that all accommodation and meals are included, but also our knowledge, experience, and expertise. Together, we have tens of thousands of kilometers and meters of elevation gain under our belts, and we are happy to share that with you! As sports physiotherapists, we are experts in exercise, injuries, cycling posture, and training—all of which are part of the weekend. This allows us to offer more and go further where others stop. We guide you from A to Z according to a unique concept.
Panache! stands for courage, panache, bravura, verve, flair, and enthusiasm. A powerful cycling term to characterize a certain type of rider and capture it in one word. Everyone has Panache. Join us and bring it to life in our fully catered training weekends. For both road cyclists and gravel bikers. Or both, of course!
You will always cycle through the area accompanied by Rick and/or Mark. Along the way, you will receive tips and instructions to get more out of your ride. In addition, your cycling position will be assessed using an optical bike fitting. This reduces the risk of injury, because cycling properly starts with the right posture. Panache, that’s what you radiate.
Your weekend is fully taken care of. The only thing you need to worry about is what you love doing most: cycling. We are there for you from start to finish, and you will sleep comfortably in a charming hotel. Breakdown on the road? We will help you with repairs. Really can’t continue? We will make sure you always get home. Feel pro!
Panache! is for everyone, every level, every age. Based on your wishes, we put together the most beautiful and challenging routes, tailored to your panache. The surroundings are beautiful, and we can vary endlessly in distance, altitude, landscape, and speed. Little experience with climbing? Follow us across the gently rolling landscape. Die-hard climbing enthusiast? Bring it on! We’ll get the lactic acid out of your ears
Panache! goes further where others stop, and that applies to you too! Before or after cycling, we will also work with you on our off-bike training sessions. The importance of training alongside cycling has become common knowledge among professionals, but it is just as important for you. We also provide education on training theory and nutrition; after all, we are sports physiotherapists. No tough stuff, just practical and applicable knowledge. Panache! is there for you
Tired of endless pasta buffets? So are we. Panache! had a heart-to-heart with the chef, who has put together a delicious menu tailored to the needs of sporty cyclists. Oh, and all your meals are included: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and you’ll get an after-bike snack as soon as you click out back at the hotel. Is that a stomach growling I hear
That’s right, that’s what you need: good stuff! A comfortable bed, a charming hotel, a nutritious breakfast, a delicious lunch, and a varied dinner. Topped off with a good atmosphere and a feeling of satisfaction in your legs, you can feel like a pro. All meals are made as cycling-friendly as possible. Rest assured, you won’t be served a soggy pasta buffet. We don’t do clichés. We do healthy and tasty food. Let us take care of you, all you have to do is pedal and eat. Your bike is safely locked away, so you don’t have to worry about that either.
Whatever you want. Based on your fitness level, group composition, wishes, and goals, we will create three cycling routes that meet your needs. Want to go high? You’ll go high. Prefer steep? Get that mountain gear ready. Prefer gentle slopes? Put your hands on the handlebars and enjoy the view. Besides cycling, you’re not done with us yet, because off-bike training is still waiting for you. Core stability exercises and foam rollers are part of the weekend, as well as education about training and nutrition. Bring your notebook.
First, we would like to know a few things about you. Not only because we are curious by nature, but also because it helps us to provide you with the best possible service. We would like to know your age, height, weight, and whether you have any experience with climbing (and descending!). We also ask you to assess your fitness level. It helps if you can give some examples of rides/trips you have done. Perhaps you have very specific goals you are training for. Let us know, and we will take that into account. You can rest assured that we will treat your information with the utmost confidentiality.
Suppose you come home after the weekend and think, “What was that about supercompensation again?” Or “Should I eat three plates of kale right before that High Intensity Training session?” Feel free to email us. We are happy to provide follow-up care by email if you still have questions or want to know more during the season. By the way, the answer to that second question is “no”…
