The Panache! Concept

Panache kracht

Panache!

Panache stands for courage, grit, passion, sway, flair and commitment. A very powerful cycling-term to describe a certain type of cyclist. You really have to earn it. We believe everyone has Panache in them. Come with us and bring the Panache out during one of out great cycling weekends.

Bike fitting

Good Riding

During all rides, you will be guided by Rick and/or Mark. You will be given tips and advice on how to get the most out of your ride and training. We even offer a free bike-fit to make sure that you have the correct posture on the bike. You have to look Panache, in order to have Panache ;-).

Feel Pro!

Feel Pro

Your weekend is all-in and fully supported. All you have to do is ride your bike and have a great time. We’re there for you all the way. A comfortable hotel will provide rest and relaxation. Bike trouble on route? We’ll help you fix it or get you home, no problem! Feel like a pro for a few days!

Routes op maat

Tailor made routes

Panache is for everyone, no matter what age, level, or experience you have. Tell us what you want to do, see or train and we will make three routes to suite your needs. The region is perfect for all types of rides: Steep, short hills, long climbs, gentle rolling hills, it’s all there. Not that experienced yet? We’ll take it easy. Die-hard climb addict? We’ll get your legs and lungs burning. Bring it on! 😉

Off bike training

Off-bike training

Panache! goes on where others stop. Our off-bike training session will help you recover faster and feel less fatigued the next day. Accessible foam-rolling exercises and core training will power your ride. Because of our medical expertise, we also provide information on training, nutrition, recovery and injury prevention. We also give bike related technical advice. You can ask us nearly anything, really.

Goed eten

Good food!

Are you fed up with the same sloppy pasta crap you get served at other bike-events? So are we. We’ve had peppered conversation with the chef and he created a healthy, bike worthy but most of all delicious menu which will replenish all vitamins, carbs and minerals you need to ride a bike. Don’t forget, all meals are included: breakfast, lunch, dinner and even tasty after-bike-bites. Mouth-watering, isn’t it?

Who are we?
Good question! We are Rick Berends and Mark Schouten. Two dutch guys whith a great passion for roadbiking and gravelbiking. We are both sports physiotherapists and have cycled many miles (well, kilometers actually, but you get the point) together. Rick moved to Germany some years ago and lives close to the Luxemburg border. From there, we organize training events for cyclists a few times a year, because the region is hilly, beautiful and very well accessible from the Netherlands, where most of our guests come from. By combinig our passion for cycling with our medical knowledge, we offer can offer cyclists a personalised, all inclusive weekends packed with great guided rides, good food, good sleep and a lot of fun. We also enjoy sharing our knowledge about training, nutrition and technical advice on the bike. We offer free optical bike-fits and after-bike foam rolling session to help recover the muscles. Feel like a pro for a weekend.
