Frequently Asked Questions

Panache! organizes fully catered training weekends. This means that almost everything is included. Panache! provides all the table water for the balanced sports dinner. Other refreshments are at your own expense. In addition to your bike and cycling clothing, we recommend bringing one or two spare inner tubes, some energy bars and/or gels for on the road, and your favorite sports drink.

All meals are well balanced by an excellent chef. Nutrition ensures sufficient healthy fuel and proper recovery. Dietary requirements and allergies must be indicated in advance so that the chef can take them into account.

Yes! By taking your wishes, goals, and fitness level into account, we can create routes that will help you improve. For example, we can add certain training elements to a ride to train specific skills, or we can give you tips while cycling that you hadn’t thought of yourself. In addition, you’ll take home a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and training that you can use later on. That’s how Panache! makes you a better cyclist, long after you’ve been with us.

Although we are both sports physiotherapists, we will not be treating anyone in that capacity. This means that we can answer many questions about complaints and health, but we will not be providing hands-on treatment. Not only is this prohibited by law, we also feel that it is not appropriate within the context of the weekend.

Yes, bicycles can be stored under lock and key at the hotel.

Yes, there is an outdoor tap with a hose, buckets, sponges, and soap available at the hotel to clean your bike if necessary.

No. Panache! aims to provide customized services. This means that we determine the program in consultation with the group. Naturally, we have suggestions for routes, terrain, duration, and content. We can vary these considerably because we work in small groups with two trainers/guides.

As sports physiotherapists, we have a good understanding of a person’s posture and position, which means we can determine fairly accurately whether you are sitting correctly on your bike using relatively simple tools. We do not claim to be a replacement for video analysis, but with a number of useful tools, we can quickly identify certain problems. In addition, we can ‘study’ you for a longer period of time during the bike rides. The combination of the static fitting and how this looks dynamically while cycling gives us a good picture. We may be able to make minor adjustments on the spot and test them immediately in practice.

The region is perfect for exploring on a gravel bike, so this is definitely an option. Please note: we organize various weekends where we sometimes ride gravel bikes and sometimes road bikes.

Panache! ensures that everyone gets home safely. We will take care of this even in the event of a serious breakdown. Oh, and remember: Together out, together home.

The length of stay at the hotel can be extended (both before and after the training weekend). Please contact us so that we can discuss this with the hotel. We would like to give you some more tips for exploring the area. The training itself cannot be extended at this time and will remain 3 days.

Of course. The area is also perfect for hiking trips or city breaks. We will be happy to give you tips on this. The cost for your traveling partner will then be 250 euros for the entire weekend. Please indicate on the registration form that your partner will be coming along.

Our locations have sufficient (free) parking spaces. However, it can get quite busy on weekends. If you cannot find a suitable spot along the road, please contact us. We will guide you to a suitable spot.

No. We are simply too small for the ANVR. The ANVR’s conditions stipulate that a travel organizer must have an annual turnover of at least €500,000. Customization is our hallmark, and we can only achieve this by remaining small and service-oriented. This enables Panache! to create the ideal training weekend.
Panache! is obliged to protect you in the event of (imminent) bankruptcy. We do this by not taking any financial risks. We operate in a simple and transparent manner, thereby protecting ourselves and our customers.

No. We operate transparently. You pay for what you get. We do not charge unnecessary costs, such as booking fees.

In that case, we will split the group, as there are two of us. Normally, splitting the group will only be necessary on Saturdays, as that is when the longest and most difficult distances are cycled. However, if it turns out that splitting the group is also necessary on other days, we will do so. All activities other than cycling will take place together.

Panache! reserves the right to cancel a trip in the event of serious circumstances, such as natural disasters or insufficient participants. A minimum of three people is required for trips with a tour guide. In the unlikely event that a trip is canceled, we will notify you no later than 14 days before the start date. For more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Panache! strives to organize the best possible training weekend. At least one supervisor will always accompany the various groups. This ensures an optimal experience of the surroundings and utilization of the training opportunities.

Panache! does not provide medical/travel insurance, but we do advise you to be well insured when traveling. Travel insurance (with bicycle coverage, if applicable) and medical insurance are required.
